These include: CII Sohrabji Godrej Green Business Centre for energy consulting; CII Avantha Centre of Competitiveness for SME’s, Chandigarh; CII Sohrabji Godrej Institute of Quality, Bangalore; CII Institute of Logistics, Chennai; CII Sohrabji Godrej Institute of Excellence, Mumbai; CII ITC Centre of Excellence for Sustainable Development; and CII Centre of Excellence for Skill Development, Chhindwara.

Additionally, all CII regional and state offices offer professional services and consultation right at your door. Legal metrology, water management, Six Sigma, food safety and quality, intellectual property rights, trade agreements, etc. are some of the topics discussed. As members request it, more places are constantly added.

Small and medium-sized business owners now have access to a dedicated array of institutionalised services. Our competitiveness and productivity services, provided in the framework of “shared learning” in clusters of ten to twelve SMEs, are something we are especially proud of. Through the principle of “shared learning,” the Cluster reduces costs by combining training in HR procedures, Lean Manufacturing, Total Quality Management, Total Cost Management, Total Productivity Maintenance, and Waste and Energy Management into a single programme.
